Officers attempted to speak to the individual who became belligerent and uncooperative. After a brief struggle the individual was placed into custody and found to be in possession of a butter knife. Officers arrived and spoke to the reporting party who stated the individual entered the balcony through a emergency egress door and stated they just wanted to say hi. The individual then reportedly returned to their residence. Officers arrived and spoke with the occupant who reportedly walked onto the balcony. The individual stated that they were not on the balcony.
